Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with the stationery supplied. However, should any item disappoint you in any way, simply call us on 0208 255 8550 or write to us at Wedding Angel, 5 Gibbon Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT2 6AD within (21) days of receipt to arrange for a refund/reprint less any shipping charges.

In addition to our returns' policy, the Distance Selling Regulations allows you, as a consumer buying goods from the internet, to cancel any order you make within seven (7) days from the date they are delivered to you for a complete refund. If you wish to exercise this right, you must ensure that the goods are unused. Please either contact us on 0208 255 8550 or return the goods to Wedding Angel, 5 Gibbon Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT2 6AD, and we will give you a full refund.

Please note that when returning goods, you are responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they are in your care until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting/delivery. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
