Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with the stationery supplied. However, should any item disappoint you in any way, simply call us on 01276 501562 or write to us at Wedding Angel, 17a Streets Heath, West End, Woking, Surrey GU24 9QY within (21) days of receipt to arrange for a refund/reprint less any shipping charges.

In addition to our returns' policy, the Distance Selling Regulations allows you, as a consumer buying goods from the internet, to cancel any order you make within seven (7) days from the date they are delivered to you for a complete refund. If you wish to exercise this right, you must ensure that the goods are unused. Please either contact us on 01276 501562 or return the goods to Wedding Angel, 17a Streets Heath, West End, Woking, Surrey GU24 9QY , and we will give you a full refund.

Please note that when returning goods, you are responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they are in your care until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting/delivery. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
